Is my data sent to third parties?
No. Invoices are sent only to Google's AI API for extraction and to your own Notion workspace. We do not store or share your data.
Do I need a Notion account?
Yes. You connect your Notion account via OAuth and choose (or create) the database where new rows are created.
What invoice formats are supported?
We support PDF invoices. The AI extracts key fields regardless of layout, in several languages.
How many invoices can I process?
The free plan includes 10 invoices per month with single-file uploads. The Pro plan offers unlimited invoices and batch processing of up to 20 PDFs at once.
What languages does the AI support?
The AI extracts data from invoices in any language, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese. The interface is available in English and Spanish.
Can I use my existing Notion database?
Yes. You can select any database in your Notion workspace. If it doesn't have the required columns, Invoice2Notion will tell you exactly which ones to add — or you can create a new database with the correct schema in one click.
What data does the AI extract from invoices?
It extracts the vendor name, tax ID, invoice number, issue date, due date, net amount, tax amount, total amount, currency, and category — all automatically.
Is Invoice2Notion free?
Yes, there is a free plan with 10 invoices per month. For unlimited invoices and batch processing, there is a Pro plan available.
How accurate is the AI extraction?
The AI is powered by Google Gemini and achieves high accuracy on most invoice formats. Each extraction includes a confidence score so you can review and correct any uncertain fields before sending to Notion.
Can I attach the original PDF to the Notion page?
Yes. When exporting to Notion, Invoice2Notion can automatically attach the original PDF file to each invoice page for your records.
