Last updated: February 2025

By accessing and using Invoice2Notion («the Service»), you agree to these Terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Invoice2Notion is a tool that allows you to upload invoices in PDF format, extract data (vendor, date, total, taxes) through automated processing, and send that data to Notion databases. The Service is provided «as is» and is subject to availability and technical limitations.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and only with documents you are entitled to process. You must not use the Service for fraudulent purposes, to infringe third-party rights, or to violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse.

3. Account and data

To connect to Notion you will use your own credentials and permissions. You are responsible for keeping your Notion access confidential and for the operations you perform through the Service. The data extracted and sent to Notion remains under your responsibility and control.

4. Intellectual property

Invoice2Notion and its brand, design, and technology are the property of the Service owner. No rights to the platform are transferred to you beyond the use permitted under these Terms.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee that data extraction will always be accurate or complete. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms at any time; changes will be effective when published on this page. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance. We may discontinue or terminate the Service or your access at any time, with or without notice.
